PR & media orders
- Full refund any time before work begins.
- Once a draft has been delivered to you, orders are refundable at 50%.
- After publication, orders are non-refundable.
- Every tier includes one revision round.
- If Newzchain declines an order on editorial grounds — which we reserve the right to do — you receive a full refund.
Intelligence reports
Free reports are not applicable. Paid reports are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
