Refund Policy

PR & media services

Because these services involve custom editorial work, refunds are handled as follows:

• If you cancel before we begin work on your order, you receive a full refund.
• If we decline to publish your content on editorial grounds before delivery, you receive a full refund of the corresponding fee.
• Once a deliverable has been produced and provided for your review, the fee for that deliverable is non-refundable, though we will work with you through the agreed revision process (one revision round is included per tier).
• After publication, orders are non-refundable.

Intelligence reports

• Free gated reports: no charge, no refund applies.
• Sponsored and enterprise reports: production begins only after payment or an agreed deposit. If you cancel before production begins, you receive a full refund. After production begins, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed, as described in your proposal or statement of work.

Market-entry and corporate intelligence engagements

These are scoped engagements governed by a proposal or statement of work, which sets out payment milestones and cancellation terms. Where not otherwise specified, fees for work already performed are non-refundable, and any prepaid amount for work not yet started will be refunded on cancellation.

Retainers

Retainers may be cancelled per the notice period in your proposal. Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once the cycle has begun, unless your proposal states otherwise; you will not be charged for cycles after cancellation takes effect.

How to request a refund

Email billing@newzchain.com with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
