1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, organization, and login credentials.
• Order and billing information — the services you purchase and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited transaction data but never receive or store your full card number.
• Engagement information — materials and information you provide for a service or engagement.
• Usage and device data — IP address, device and browser information, and basic server logs generated in the ordinary course of running the site.

2. How we use it

• To create and manage your account and deliver the services you purchase.
• To process payments and send order confirmations, invoices, and service communications.
• To provide support and respond to requests.
• To secure the Platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and tracking

We use no advertising trackers. Cookies are essential-only — used to keep you signed in. Because there is no tracking, this site does not currently use analytics, and does not show a cookie-consent banner. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this page first.

4. Who processes your data

We rely on a small set of service providers, each handling only what its function requires. We do not sell your personal information or use advertising networks.

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Stripe — payments.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Brevo — transactional email (e.g. sign-in codes).
• Ghost — site membership on newzchain.com.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (providing services you purchase), on the basis of legitimate interests (operating and securing the Platform), for legal compliance, and with consent where required.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process data there and wherever our providers operate, using appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

7. Your rights

Subject to your location, you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent — including for users in India (under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act), the EU and UK (under the GDPR), and California (under the CCPA/CPRA). Email privacy@newzchain.com to exercise them.

8. Data retention

We keep account, order, and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. Everything else is deleted on request.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

The Platform is for business users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a revised date.
